How was your day? My day was awesome! I spent some time with ANGIE THOMAS! Yes, Angie Thomas thanks to Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures talking with our South Allegheny SD glads about her new book. What a great experience for our young readers/writers. And they each rec’d a copy of the new book!

Our South Allegheny SD NHS and JHS scholars were up early this morning for our chapter’s service project, PA Secretary of Transportation Adopt a Highway. Thank you to our local police and volunteer fireman who kept us safe outside our school.
