Convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage can be very subtle and easily missed on a CT scan. Look carefully at the CT scan before giving thrombolysis. Amyloid spells can cause focal neurological deficits mimicking ischemic stroke & thrombolysis is harmful in this setting. #Stroke #MedEd
