To all my friends and followers, I present the paper that almost broke me. 6 years+ from inception to publication. This paper has spent almost 3 years in review, with multiple re-writes, rejections, highs and lows. NONE of the reviewer edits ever changed the conclusion. RIP 😂

الحمد لله وبعد ان مضى سبع سنوات على إجراء زراعة الكبد الاولى في المملكة لمريض أصيب بسرطان قولون مُنتشر للكبد لم يحدث أي مضاعفات أو رجوع للورم وقد تم نشر هذا الإنجاز في أحد المجلات العلمية …تجمع الشرقية الصحي

إذن المريض الأصل … وما عداه أستثناء!؟ طالبني -فيما مضى- بعض أقارب مرضاي بإجراء عمليات أوعية دموية خطرة أو بتر للطرف دون موافقة المريض، وطلب بعضهم مني تضليله بالقول: باننا سنجري عملية بسيطة أو قسطرة تشخيص او تنظيف للجرح …فكنت أرفض ذلك أخلاقياً، فيخرجون المريض فتُجرى له
