Learn about what glycobiologists have to say about the future of the field: cell.com/cell/fulltext/… Peter Seeberger, Yun_Ge, @DKolarich, Morten Thaysen-Andersen, PackerLabMQ, @ElisaTelisa, Gabriel Rabinovich, C. Szymanski, B. Davis, S. Nishihara, P. Kwong, & R. Strasser #50YearsofCell

Morten Thaysen-Andersen (Morten Thaysen-Andersen) will be joining our lineup of keynote speakers in August. With labs at Macquarie University and iGCORE his research aims to advance our understanding of the human innate immune system and immune-related diseases. #glycotime #AGS5

Excited to share that our AGS President Morten Thaysen-Andersen will be part of the exciting line up of speakers at the upcoming #AGS5! #glycotime

We are proud to announce that the AGS will be sponsoring the upcoming Glycobiology Gordon Research Conference (GRC) from March 23-28, 2025, in Lucca, Italy. For more details visit grc.org/glycobiology-c… #glycotime @DKolarich not here anymore

AGS5 opening day highlights: Engaging award lectures on systems glycobiology Rebeca Kawahara (Protein Metrics) and tryp C-mannosylation Ethan Goddard-Borger (Shimadzu) 24 and inaugural lifetime membership of Australian Glycoscience Society to Distinguished Prof Mark von Itzstein AO (Bruker)

The Glyco@MQ group, headed by Professor Sugar and Morten Thaysen-Andersen, enjoying our time at the 5th AGS meeting in Wellington, New Zealand. #glycotime

.Molecular & Cellular Proteomics on the cover: Researchers provide new insights into the heterogenous N-glycoproteome in oral #cancer from patients with and without lymph node metastasis. Their study uncovers glycosylation features that are linked to patient survival. mcponline.org/article/S1535-…

It’s a pleasure to welcome Morten Thaysen-Andersen as a visiting professor this week. We’re gaining insights into #glycoproteomics during his 5 lectures! Here he’s pictured during a tour of the BOKU University mass spectrometry core facility.

Glycomics is quite different from other omics and sometimes requires a bit different approach to data analysis. Excellent paper by Daniel Bojar and Morten Thaysen-Andersen just got published in Nature Communications nature.com/articles/s4146…

Cograts to Dr. Gabriel Rabinovich on receiving the Hakomori Award for advancing glycoscience! His work on glycans & immune regulation is shaping new therapies for cancer & autoimmune diseases. He’s also a #Glyco27 plenary speaker—don’t miss his talk! Register: glyco27.org/en/begin

Nearly everything in the immune system is regulated by glycosylation, but one has to look to see. In this just published study Morten Thaysen-Andersen and his team showed that even cortisol signalling is regulated by glycosylation. academic.oup.com/glycob/advance…
