The two grey/blue traces seem to have the same data between 4 and 45 deg. But the similarities come to an abrupt end where the 004 peak is. See full analysis here pubpeer.com/publications/0…

Dear Editor,

Last week I emailed you regarding the correction academic.oup.com/brain/article/… Rockenstein et al., 2014 academic.oup.com/brain/article/… Brain. That correction failed to explain the removal of cloned sections in Fig. 5A (Line 9 PK+

Good question. Here are 13 Masliah papers with similar clones pubpeer.com/publications/7… pubpeer.com/publications/4… pubpeer.com/publications/0… pubpeer.com/publications/B… pubpeer.com/publications/5… pubpeer.com/publications/7… pubpeer.com/publications/0… pubpeer.com/publications/E… pubpeer.com/publications/5…

Editor in Chief of Brain (journal) is utterly naive about #ImageForensics - he allowed one version of a presumably photoshopped image to be replaced by ... another photoshopped image. This is the incompetence we sleuths are dealing with. Kudos to Mu Yang, Ph.D. arbma🌻!

This is going to be one of the most puzzling cases in the history of science. I have my theories, but let's see what happens from here. The sheer amount of clones defies reasons and common logic.
