New advancement in VT mapping: OT Near Field software uses peak frequency to annotate NF component of EGM. In this case, using OT NF in ILAM cleanly defines line of block, revealing potential VT channel along the mitral valve. #OTNearField #VTin3D Abbott Cardiovascular

ILAM and substrate map with “Emphasis” on the area of interest - in this case, the late-activating channel defined by the line of block.

I could not be more excited about Abbott Cardiovascular's new #OTNearField update on #EnSiteX. We’ve been using it for the past 3 weeks and it's changing how we work. Let’s take a look at this LAFL. This first image shows a timing map emphasizing signals with voltage > 0.08 mV. 1/4

This second map emphasizes only the sharp, near-field signals of the circuit. In this case we used a threshold of > 200 Hz peak frequency to define a near-field signal. 2/4

And to round it out, our map without any emphasis applied. #OTNearField and Emphasis Maps have helped simplify interpretation of complex circuits and I am absolutely pumped to explore more use cases for this update. 🤩 4/4

Awesome WPW case with Jose Phlin and @EPCatLady11 using Emphasis Map and #OTNearField on #EnSiteX. The timing Emphasis Map was set up to highlight V-A fusion. You can see activation crossing the valve & OT vectors even show the oblique nature of the AP. 🤤 Abbott Cardiovascular #EPEEPS

1/ Here's a rather uncommon type of activation map. It shows the right sided conduction system including the moderator band with moderator band activation. Mapped for me by Murphy Lyu. #Epeeps #PDX #EnsiteX #HDGrid

2/ Moderator band PDX and activation map, in a little more detail, showing the construction and signals. Might come in useful for cases where the MB is involved, I suppose. #Epeeps #PDX #HDGrid #EnsiteX Murphy Lyu

Epicardial geometry editing on EnSite X: Using standard OneModel results in a “double-walled” geometry where mapping points project on the inside and outside of the surface. This quick 3-step workflow provides a clean epi geo and projects points appropriately. Abbott Cardiovascular
