At my last job, I kept a lamp in my office for light therapy, since my toddler makes my _home_ morning routine a bit unpredictable. My new workplace has hot desks, so I can’t leave equipment at my desk like that—“my desk” isn’t a thing! This portable lamp has been a big help.
