Delighted to share that our follow-up work with Jan Valosek on a universal tool for lesion segmentation in spinal cord injury (SCIsegV2) got accepted at the MICCAI workshop on Applications of Medical AI! Paper: arxiv.org/abs/2407.17265 📝 Test it out on Spinal Cord Toolbox (SCT) v6.4

I am presenting SCIsegV2 along with my co-author Jan Valosek at the #MICCAI2024 (MICCAI Society) AMAI workshop. Check out our poster at the Cristal Room, Palmeraie Palace between 1:30-6 pm to learn more about our latest updates in spinal cord injury trauma!

Thank you Daniel Rueckert for organizing it! Great choice of the location! :)

At Chandar Lab, we are happy to announce the second edition of our assistance program to provide feedback for members of communities underrepresented in AI who want to apply to high-profile graduate programs. Want feedback? Details: chandar-lab.github.io/grad-app-help/. Deadline: Nov 15!

Check out the exciting findings of our newest collaborative multicentric study with Jan Valosek, Naga Karthik, Andrew C. Smith, PT, DPT, PhD, Ken Weber, DC, PhD, and Julien Cohen-Adad on automatic lesion segmentation and quantification in spinal cord injury using Spinal Cord Toolbox (SCT) #SCIseg

📢 We are happy to announce that we will be hosting a free virtual Spinal Cord Toolbox (SCT) Course on December 9-10, 2024. 🎉 Check out our announcement on INCF's NeuroStars.org Q&A forum: neurostars.org/t/spinal-cord-… Course details can be found here: spinalcordmri.org/2024/12/09/sct…
