🏭 3. Existing Industrial Ecosystem Growing auto and precision manufacturing clusters in Belagavi, Dharwad, Hubballi. Kittur Karnataka region is emerging as an engineering and electronics hub.

🎓 4. Skilled Manpower & Education Hubs Home to technical institutions like NITK Surathkal (nearby), VTU, and several engineering colleges in Hubballi-Dharwad-Belgavi-Vijayapura--Bagalkot A young, trainable workforce with strong mechanical and electronics skills.
