React Hooks are modelling Algebraic Effects in JS without generator functions. Algebraic Effects are great but the way hooks model them is a leaky abstraction. Generator Functions in JS would have bad DX and perf however (because iterators are mutable)

Tailwind is a DSL, but IMO, a pretty bad one. The best syntax is just inline styles. There’s some new ways to make that happen. Stay tuned.
