We were delighted to host a conference by Declan O' Sullivan as part of his PHD research into Experience and Perceptions of Social Prescribing interventions; a Qualitative study with people with Long-term conditions, Link workers and Health care providers. @UCCPhysio UCC Medicine & Health

As part of his research Declan O' Sullivan interviewed Karina from the Lantern Project & held a focus group with a number of our participants in advance of presenting his research along with other interested parties eg GPs link & workers. #UCCSocialPrescribingSymposium

The research affirms the impact of our work at the Lantern. Creating safe, creative learning spaces that foster relationships and build community is vital to well-being. It’s one thing to witness the positive changes, but having research confirm it is truly validating. 🙌
