This plan will enable EU countries to: 🔹 Significantly increase their defence spending 🔹 Access €150 billion in loans for the joint procurement of critical defence capabilities 🔹 Leverage EU budget instruments for defence-related investments 🔹 Attract private capital

We are in an era of rearmament. And Europe is ready to massively boost its defence spending. Both to respond to the short-term urgency to support Ukraine and to address the long-term necessity of taking greater responsibility for our own European security. #StrongerTogether
