Change that rule. That’s just ridiculous. You’re telling me you can just juggle the ball up into the stands and back for as long as you like and it’ll still be out? 🤣 Fox Cricket 7Cricket Lord's Cricket Ground

A couple of field preparation and priming exercises for getting the hips moving, feet and ankles switched on and promoting trunk stiffness. #sprinttraining #running

How do I fix the seat stand on a Wattbike pro if it gets caught too high? Tall athletes often lift it too high and it gets caught. End up needing a spanner to adjust it but can’t figure out how to get it to work normally again. I can’t be the only one? Anyone know how to fix?

Nice explanation Ross Herridge A very complex and often misunderstood topic. There’s a lot more to workload management than just ā€˜resting’.

A recent podcast with Stu McGill has gone ā€˜viral’ with him claiming many outdated and unsupported things for back pain! Including no-one over the age of 50 should try and push themselves for a personal best on deadlifts! These are my thoughts on that… strap in! šŸ˜ŽšŸæ

Just a reminder - GRFs gives us no information around tissue level mechanics and thus are not particularly useful for exercise prescription for different muscle-tendon complexes within a movement. Just a global indicator of forces acting the whole system
