🫛Petit pois released 25.01.23 Petit Pois was an orphan only a couple of days old,a swollen muzzle and weighed only 7kg,one of the smallest we rescued that year!He was slow to gain weight and took him a good 6 months to get to release weight then was released back into the wild🌊

Pumpkin released 06.02.23 Pumpkin was rescued in October, hence the name!🎃He was covered in algae,underweight,had lungworm and had a hot and swollen muzzle,we took him back to our hospital! After antibiotics and wormer he perked up and after 5 months he was ready for release 🌊

Raspberry released 14.02.23 Raspberry rescued from Gib Point was an orphan and so tiny but very vocal when we brought her back🏥After her first meal she seemed to settle in🥰She was slow to gain weight and with us for 8 months before release,plenty of time to ensure she was ready

Marrow released 11.04.23 Marrow, rescued behind Butlins, was tired, dehydrated and had lungworm so was brought back to the hospital to start treatment!🏥He perked up right away and as he already weighed 30kg it was just over a month before he was released into the wild again 🥳🌊

Bean was rescued behind Butlins, underweight, dehydrated and exhausted!We brought him back to our hospital we gave him rehydration solution and a good few meals, after a few days he was much better!3 months later he had gained weight and was ready to be released🌊 Bye bye bean!

Aubergine was rescued on Chapel beach. He still had his white fur coat so only a couple of weeks old,wounds on the back of his head and exhausted!After a few days he had had a rest, 3 1/2 months later he was eating by himself, competing with other pups and was 30kg! Bye Aubergine

Carrot was found behind Butlins,4 months old,weighed half of what he should weigh,dehydrated and had wounds on back flippers.He had fish and rehydration solution and wounds were cleaned!After a rest he looked better it took a little time for him to gain weight but we got there!🥕

Parsnip was our 1st Grey pup of the fruit&veg season🦭She was a small orphan,had her white coat (only 1-2 weeks old) and was a bit lost, we brought her back so we could get her back on track. After 5 months of fish and learning how to cope by herself, she was released!🌊

Asparagus was rescued from gibraltar point, very lethargic and dehydrated🤒He was brought back for a rest and when he was feeling a little better, some fish! 🐟 After a couple of weeks he was looking good,moved to the rearing pool and not long after he was ready for the wild 🌊

Apple (nickname Bob) was rescued from Chapel Six Marshes with signs of lungworm, he also had some wounds to his front flippers 🤒 He came back to Natureland, was cleaned up and started worming treatment! Bob made a quick turnaround and was released 2 months later! Bye Bob 🍏

Avocado was found at Gibraltar point underweight, dehydrated and had suspected lungworm🤒 Worming treatment was started straight away along with a few good meals to make him feel better🐟 He was released after 2 months of rehab, had gained 10kg and was up to release weight!🥳🥑

Guava was found on a busy beach behind Butlins! People were urged to keep their distance and dogs on a lead so they didn’t scare pup. He was underweight and exhausted! In the hospital he was put on antibiotics and fed a good meal🐟 A quick rehab and 2 months later he was ready!🌊
