BREAKING A senior Islamic Republic of Iran official has confirmed to Reuters that the Islamic Republic has agreed to a ceasefire proposal.

Diplomat briefed on the ceasefire talks to Fox News: "President Trump spoke with Qatar’s Emir and informed him the U.S. got Israel to agree to a ceasefire with Iran. The President asked Qatar to help persuade Iran to do the same, following that Vice President Vance coordinated

Senior diplomatic source now confirms to FRANCE 24 English that Iran has agreed to a Qatari-mediated ceasefire with Israel.

People saying Iran shouldn’t agree to a ceasefire deal don’t seem to understand how badly wounded Iran is right now. They also don’t seem to understand that the ultimate goal of the Islamic Republic is its own preservation.

When asked how long the ceasefire would be, President Trump said, “I think the ceasefire is unlimited. It’s going to go forever.” When asked if the war was completely over, he said “Yes. I don’t believe they will ever be shooting at each other again.”

Iran has agreed to a ceasefire with a country it doesn’t recognize, and a country it doesn’t talk to directly, through mediation by a country it just bombed!

President Trump also said of the conflict with Iran: "It would have brought the whole Middle East down." He added this about the ceasefire deal, “It’s a wonderful day for the world, in my opinion.”
