Nicole Chrysler and Sajad Moshkelgosha show that pre-transplant blood donor-reactive memory T cells are associated with CLAD, and donor-reactive cells increase post-transplant in ALAD and CLAD compared to stability - evidence of failure to control alloreactivity with current drugs.
