Slightly off-topic, but I've noticed on my recent trip to HK that they use bamboo scaffolding for low- and high-rise buildings alike. I've seen bamboo scaffolding in HK movies from the 1980s. It's amazing they still use it so effectively in 2024!

There needs to be accountability over the persistent reliability issues on the Metro. There hasn’t been a single day without issue for nearly 3 weeks now, it isn’t good enough. If Nexus management are incapable of getting a grip then they need to resign.

Over the last 2 weeks, we've hosted Dio and Nashita from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) in our lab developing #microneedles for disease diagnosis and drug delivery. Judging from the thumbs up, I think Dio's been very happy with what he's achieved. Wing Man Lau Newcastle Pharmacy
