The ability to draw connections is probably one of the few areas less vulnerable to AI. Other areas of high pay β€” coding, law, accounting, etc β€”Β may be replaced by a computer in the near future. It's not totally unreasonable to teach students how to draw ideas together.

Pitching injuries keep coming, and solutions to this growing problem don’t. So I talked to a few trainers and coaches about a question I felt a little silly even asking: are professional pitchers throwing enough…? washingtonpost.com/sports/2025/07…

The FULL HOUSE Act from Senator Cortez Masto heads to the Senate floor today. It would repeal the 90% deduction provision from the Big Beautiful Bill. We'll keep you updated on this, and every other development in the Battle for 100% on Losses hereπŸ‘‡

The failure of the Senate’s unanimous consent measure is not surprising. The Senate got us into this mess and it’s now time for both chambers to unite behind my bipartisan FAIR BET Act to ensure that average and high-stakes gamblers do not pay taxes on money they never won. If

NEW: Nevada Democrat Sen. Cortez Masto requested unanimous consent to restore the 100% deduction for gambling losses. The OBBB cut it to 90%. Sen Todd Young objected, unless she agree to add a carveout for religious institutions from the endowment tax (Notre Dame is in his state)

Looking at the production of WNBA starters vs bench players. - Minnesota has both the best starters and best bench - Liberty have strong starters, but bench is far worse than Lynx's. - Indiana and Dallas actually have positive bench play. For Dallas, it's better than starters.

As mentioned yesterday, Captain Jack Andrews spoke with me about the change in gambling taxes. I encourage industry stakeholders to listen bc he does a nice job explaining why operators and suppliers should be caring more about this. open.spotify.com/episode/1UA5kT…

Seen bunch of these posts. Think people should be very careful about using prop lines for fantasy. 1. Season-long prop lines aren’t that efficient. Limits and liquidity are very low. 2. Prop outcomes are binary. We don’t get paid more if Rashee Rice goes for 1800 yards. 3.

As mentioned in the FTN Fantasy Almanac (available today!), WAS had the fourth-highest fourth down DVOA ever tracked. That's not going to sustain. But WAS was also one of the best second down offenses in all distances and early down consistency could counter late-down regression
