The Bulgarian split squat pogo emphasizes the biomechanical function of the soleus during sprinting. The bent-knee position isolates the soleus and fast contact times require the soleus to work isometric to maintain an optimal F-V relationship to store and release elastic energy.

The marbling of the Subscapularis and Teres minor makes me hungry for a good steak. Does anyone by chance have any MRI images of beef? Anyone ever throw a ribeye in the MRI scanner?

Fascinating paper. Loading improves tendon pain. Initially it works with brain changes, then muscle changes (weeks), and finally tendon structural changes (months).

Cauda equina symptoms can be vague & diagnosis not always straight forward. We know the questions to ask but how often will pts present with which symptoms? Heres what we know from the largest pre-operative study ever done (621 patients): Low Back Pain (96%) Unilateral
