I had pneumonia this month, it put me out of commission for 2 weeks. It was a blessing in disguise. I am so much more relaxed and present.

The top 3 things I learned being bed ridden with pneumonia for 2 weeks: 1) Your routine and ability to do hard things are symbiotic. 2) Discipline is easier when your environment supplements it. 3) What gives me anxiety is having no plan, and having no goal for tomorrow.

If you’re low on energy, show some love. It is an infinite supply of energy.
