Hard to hear that we still have work to do to improve services for autistic people and even more to do to make employment into the NHS more accessible ,taking steps to change by having these conversations and listening.

Disheartening when you and the team working really hard and getting no where fast then suddenly the hard work pays off and you start to see the outcomes ,removing barriers step by keeping patient focused ,maintaining staff wellbeing and self care a must always #teamwork
