The haunting tales of atrocities told by refugees who fled the civil war in Sudan are too numerous and graphic for print. Yet, as humanitarians, we must speak the truth and send a plea to the world to make the violence stop. And we must continue to stand #WithRefugees.

At a camp for Sudanese refugees, the ‘worst humanitarian crisis in the world’ comes into focus. I traveled to Chad to photograph for UNHCR CHAD , EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid 🇪🇺 , and World Health Organization (WHO).

Most refugees fleeing violence caused by the warring military in Sudan are women and children. Because of aid cuts we are giving them less food, shelter, water, medicine. I appeal to donors from the Chad/Sudan border: please do not reduce support to the victims of the Sudan war!
