Great to welcome final year physical activity, sport & health students to the physiology lab with Nik Kudiersky. They compared submaximal/maximal exercise tests and learnt how these are used with cardiac patients to enable safe, effective, individualised exercise prescription🚴

BIG NEWS! A report published today by Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre has found: 🔹10% improvement in survival for people who have taken part in Active Together. 🔹The service saved the NHS £366.36 per patient by reducing the amount of time they needed to spend recovering in hospital after surgery.

Patients with INOCA are willing to engage in #cardiacrehab but it's not currently suitable for them.
