In this new article w/ Olaf Corry and Duncan McLaren we examine what happens when solar geoengineering is 'translated' into security terms. Unlike in climate modelling, SG is seen not as a public good, but a disruptive tool of geopolitical leverage with disinformation risks. OA👇
