Why do people seriously forge data in Science? The right way is very hard but when you find something real that nobody else on the planet knows about and you are the first to observe, the joy of that is beyond anything else you have ever experienced.

If this equity structure was true for founding scientists, great companies will be made. Good hires work for less but they need to feel valued.

And make them for the total TAM especially with the next generation of drugs which are Biological and make up for 50% of FDA approvals every year!

I agree with everything in this tweet except that once a drug is made the race is not to print the next one because the patent expire. It then becomes an exercise in solving the problem for the world and making it affordable. Eventually all drugs should be commodity. That is
