Our mini almost Birthday Coffee Club has sold out so we’ve no more coffee from Ninety Plus until new harvest. Big thanks to everyone. Here’s a photo of Monika holding the bag of greens and looking like a Scandi indie pop singer.

Ninety Plus Gesha Flower🌸 is now – for the first time –offered to the public. Harvesting the Gesha Flower is an exceedingly nuanced process. Selecting and drying just one gram of the Gesha Flower requires knowing hands and many steps in a process that has taken years to perfect.

Is the #FoundersSelection from Ninety Plus the most expensive coffee in the world? Don’t ask me, I’m just trying to enjoy my little cup. #LondonCoffeeFestival

I first tried Ninety Plus coffee about 10 years ago and it made me reconsider what coffee can taste like. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d ever get to roast them. New samples just landed and this will be our 3rd year to sell it in Ireland.

Our Coffee Club email will hit inboxes at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning and features the world record holders for coffee price Ninety Plus in Panama. Last time we featured this it sold out in 4 hours. That was I think very much a one off... imbibe.ie/coffee-club/

This month’s Coffee Club is an absolute banger. Headline event is from Ninety Plus whose coffees have been used to win 5 World Brewers Cups. Pairing it with a slow dry process from Ethiopia. Email hits inboxes next Tuesday.
