Great to see the scaffolding coming down at Cathedral Buildings after the devastating 2022 arson attack. Built in the early 1900s, this B1 Listed landmark has long been a hub for artists & creatives. With restoration nearing completion, itโ€™s great to see it coming back to life ๐Ÿ˜

The new electric Belfast Bikes, due to go live in the late Summer/early Autumn. A real mark up on the current bikes we have in the city. As Greens we will continue to fight for better cycling infrastructure and segregated routes in the city, to build a greener cleaner Belfast.

21 years ago today, an arson attack left North Street Arcade in ruins. Despite numerous redevelopment proposals, it remains derelict to this day. How much longer can we allow these historic buildings to deteriorate, and what will it take to finally save our built heritage...

Weโ€™ve been rolling up our sleeves for a greener waterfront! Planting is now underway at Queenโ€™s Quay โ€“ bringing new colour, biodiversity and new habitats to the Maritime Mile. Itโ€™s all part of our journey to create a more sustainable waterfront for the city.

On the last Friday of every month cyclists in Belfast take part in a critical mass event. It is great fun and enormously empowering. If only Department for Infrastructure could create infrastructure that makes us feel safe all the time. Belfast Cycle Campaign
