Great👍. Now that May is over, can we apply our mindfulness to sorting out the actual causes of stress in the workplace. A focus on safer caseloads, having staff in post, and ensuring social workers have actual time to do social work!

Just a reminder Danny Donnelly MLA, Linda Dillon MLA, Nuala McAllister MLA and that since Ray Jones started his children social care review, over 2000 additional children have come in to the care system. That's failure, and the pace of change for reform is sloth like. Delay impacts.
