Mea culpa time. Earlier this week I said Department for Infrastructure partly lost A5 case on an inadequate assessment of Tully Bog. However I misread judgement and I was wrong. In fact DFI *won* on this point. Assessment was done correctly. I’m embarrassed to get that wrong but keen to correct.
