Please remember that the body keeps the score. Just because you feel like you can emotionally handle a tumultuous connection or environment, doesn’t mean you physically can and people have died from heartbreak, prolonged exposure to stress and more.

Three things I’m tired of people treating like meritocracies: beauty, marriage, and reproduction. They’re lotteries, not moral victories or proof of worth.

Raising awareness about the GBVF disaster in South Africa, led by the Women for change organisation. Over 5k women were murdered last year, almost 68k girls were impregnated whilst in school, almost 2k of those girls are 10-14 years old… laws are weak, survivors aren’t supported
