With support from stations 9 & 15, our Public Education Team spent a fantastic day at Granby High School teaching students hands-only CPR and fire extinguisher skills! It was a great experience for everyone involved, and who knows – maybe we inspired some future first responders!

NFR enters a new era! For the first time in over 30 years, NFR has official Paramedic only members.

NFR’s Public Education Team received a nice “Thank You” letter from the Naval Junior Reserve Officer’s Training Corps. They conducted CPR and fire extinguisher training to 134 students plus staff members preparing these cadets for future emergencies. Strong work by all involved!

First shift in the books! Paramedics Ashlyn & Samantha completed their first shift on Medic 9. They’re the first members of our new Paramedic only program. They now get to rest and then back on shift Friday. That’s a great schedule! Again, welcome to your new NFR family!
