So many of you in our LFBS community are always asking about ways to help in addition to donating. Today, we are asking you to consider signing a petition to request that the Government of Canada issues a federal travel advisory against orphanage volunteering and tourism.

Any Canadian citizen, regardless of age, can sign. Five hundred signatures are required before the petition can officially be brought to Parliament for consideration. The petition is published on the Parliament of Canada’s website and is open for signature until April 21, 2022.
