An excellent overview - might have indicated a few more of the possible benefits in terms of creativity and enthusiasm - but does well to make it clear it's mostly an embuggerance - and definitely not a fad.

Our new article explored the decision making processes that underpin how people decide whether online reviews are fake or not: tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10… The big takeaway is that the heuristic-systematic model matches user behaviour better than elaboration-likelihood. Open access!

Our new paper warns perceived knowledge doesnt predict security behaviour as well as actual knowledge and perceived knowledge can increase vulnerability through overconfidence. The problem, intervention success is usually measured with perceived knowledge. iadisportal.org/ijcsis/papers/…
