Nursing staff are reporting that staffing levels are impacting on patient safety. We need to follow the example of other countries such as Australia and the US and introduce Nurse/Patient Ratios now.

8 weeks working in Australia. I’m in the lowest paid state for nurses in Oz and I’m earning more in a fortnight than I used to earn in a whole month in England, my birth country, the place where I trained to be a Registered Nurse, the place that doesn’t value me or my skills.
