#STROKE Simultaneous publication at #ISC25 🔴CADASIL mice showed impaired brain connectivity and motor function, highlighting challenges in treatment. Tocotrienol, a neuroprotective vitamin E derivative, failed to prevent disease progression on these metrics. 🐁

Our paper was published! JAHA We tested anti-inflammatory proteins efficacy in both transient and permanent stroke mouse models, mimicking previously published study designs and protocols to seek reproducibility. However, there was no efficacy. ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/JA…
