New level of incompetence reached by Royal Mail Help - posted book & letter on 20 Jan by 48 Hour Tracked mail. Had not arrived in ten days, so I refunded customer & made a claim. 18 March, RM say they've now delivered the parcel - except it's just the letter - so no compensation.
