yes there are.. lack of opportunity, lack of respect, apathy towards them, mistrust, etc…. which applied to WHITE working class scottish youth as well as black working class youths…so nothing to do with ETHNICITY

the ONLY reason its prominent in one group over the other, is that that group is more disadvantaged, discriminated against and ignored, NOT because of their genes or ethnicity
