Productivity in the NHS . I think we have no further scope for productivity . The nhs reached the productivity ceiling sometime ago ! Added to this there has always been a level of good will from staff . Never measured or a monitory value put on it but is rapidly drying up !!!

Nationally 50,000 nurses short . Yet had to take early retirement as awaiting a knee replacement .Written (recorded) and e mailed my MP several times yet no response . So I ask the question what is the point of Gillian Keegan ???

It has taken early retirement for me to realise the negative effects of working for the last 3 years for the nhs has had on my physical and mental health . I am now able to self care with my puppy for company . Recovering from burnout.
