Had a one else run into issues with Miltenyi Biotec enzymes for rodent brain dissociations? We are well before “expiry” date and no freeze/thaws and we’re still not getting tissue (~300mg) broken down in some cases… thoughts? Suggestions?

Looking for info on Cre-dependent AAVs and/or DNMT inhibitors (RG108). These are new biosafety considerations for my (small liberal arts) college and I’m trying to source SOPs/protocols/EHS info from institutions/labs that use these to show they are BSL1 and how to handle. TIA!
