Hey Boris Johnson I passed a cafe in Cheltenham today by Cox's Meadow selling takeaways. There must have been 20+ people gathered outside the place in different groups enjoying their purchases. Please tell me why pubs/social clubs are forbidden to sell takeaway beer?
