Check out our latest work on cilia and brain by PercivalDgama and colleagues. This time it is all about primary cilia! In short, zebrafish mutant do have a brain phenotype if primary cilia are altered. Enjoy!

Finally our work is published! Please check it if youāre interested in how the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) producing organ is conserved in zebrafish and contribute to the maintenance of the brain ventricles. #zebrafish Cell Reports

This is the inside of a goldfish nasal flap. It's covered with cilia! Yellow is deeper, and red is more superficial. In the middle, you can see the nostril hole. I didn't know goldfish were so hairy! Doing fun things with Nathalie Jurisch-Yaksi and Emre Yaksi

It has been great to spend part of my Sabbatical with Emre Yaksi and Nathalie Jurisch-Yaksi. I learned a bunch of new things and enjoyed the company of great colleagues.
