We welcome this report but remain horrified that maternal mortality isn't going down and pre-eclampsia deaths are now 4 times what they were at the lowest point. The battle continues. This morning our thoughts are with the 9 families bereaved by losing a mother to pre-eclampsia.

Dr Tedros of World Health Organization (WHO) telling us at #issad2023 that we need a #groupBStrep vaccine next. And that we need to raise awareness of the threat of GBS, including whether it should be notifiable. We at Group B Strep Support totally agree and are committed to helping to make this happen 💯
