IBM's #s have to be better understood. Osprey and Condor had shitty fidelities (<98% 2QGf) and were retired or dismantled. Heron (133 qubits) has relatively good fidelities and a different design (tunable couplers). Subsequent designs (>=2024) will be based on Heron's technology.

Hey Microsoft, why is Word 365 becoming so buggy? Shuts down several times a day on <40 pages docs! Latest W11&O365 on a 3-year laptop. Same for W11 that loses Ethernet connection, can't display windows after getting out of sleep, & so on. And I'm not alone. Please fix that!

All their statements about use cases, and on the ability of their QPU to deliver some business value, were known BS for most technology specialists. There seem to be a huge disconnect between investors and the quantum specialists community.

It’s hard indeed. IonQ is lagging behind Quantinuum. Their scaling has been quite slow over the last few years. They don’t publish much. Everything looks bad.

These forecasts didn’t make any sense with the 36 qubits they have right now with Forte. It is definitely not in any quantum advantage regime so it can’t generate any business value beyond testing and learning.
