It was "Housing Never," — but today, it's finally *Housing Now.* After years of frustrating delay, today, we broke ground on this long-awaited CreateTO project to transform 8 acres of underused City-owned land next to Wilson TTC subway station into nearly 1,500 homes.

It was good to sit down this morning with Lisa Helps, former Mayor of Victoria and executive lead for BC Builds at BC Housing. British Columbia has made significant moves to build more homes and reduce costs. It was great to chat about what we can learn.
