Today, PS Olivier Kamana attended a grant awarding event where IOM Rwanda & Government of Rwanda awarded RWF 170,000,000 to 36 youth under the âOngera Igishoro Project.â Notably, 86% are in agribusiness, strengthening Rwandaâs next generation of agricultural entrepreneurs.

Today at MINAGRI, the Government of Rwanda and the United Nations World Food Programme World Food Programme launched a new Comprehensive Food Security and Vulnerability Analysis (CFSVA) assessment whose findings show that 83% of families in Rwanda are food secure, an increase from 79 % in 2021.


Today, Hon. Eric Rwigamba received a team from African Development Bank Group, led by Jonathan Nzayikorera, MEcon, MBA, Chartered Banker, Executive Director for the Eastern Africa Constituency. Their meeting focused on discussing a concept to strengthen Rwandaâs private sector-led fertilizer supply chain by improving market access.


Today, Hon. Mark Cyubahiro Bagabe, PhD met with KOICA Rwanda & WFP Rwanda to discuss a $16.8M project boosting climate resilience & green jobs for youth in Rwanda. Set for Gatsibo, it will rehabilitate 500ha of marshland and develop 300ha of terraces.
