Heading to the Labour Party Conference? No need to worry about fitting in a haircut before you go—Movember will be there next week with the epic Gould Barbers, chatting all things men's health, offering a range of services, and sharing stories from our amazing community.

Great to be supporting the Movember UK Barber Shop at #Lab24 and double great to see Wes Streeting and Lisa Nandy MP with “The Real Face of Men’s Health” report which Future Advocacy co-authored. Drop in for a chat about healthy men and healthy communities...and get a quick trim too

I love the #Minifesto produced by Theirworld and their partners – the tiny campaign document that’s making a powerful plea for world leaders to prioritise early childhood development. There are so many reasons to #ActForEarlyYears. Add your name: ow.ly/A8I950Tk0On

When men talk about their mental health, it’s important that we listen. Thank you to Movember Ambassador Kola Bokinni for his honesty and courage when we met to chat on the Movember UK bench at City Hall.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏿 On International Men’s Health Day we highlight issues like prostate cancer, testicular cancer and suicide. It’s crucial men speak to other men about their health. That’s why it was great to sit on our Movember UK bench, to talk health (& as it’s a see-saw to have a giggle too)

👨 It's #MensHealthAwarenessMonth so Zach from Movember UK brought the 'problem-halved' bench to our offices. Wes Streeting Peter Kyle Andrew Gwynne MP and Tom Riordan took time to sit and talk. We're listening to men's experiences as part of our commitment to improve their health.

Today the UK government committed to a men’s health strategy. It has been such a privilege to work with the brilliant Movember team on this, from the Real Face report to the government’s first ever Men’s Health Summit that it hosted with Movember today at the Arsenal stadium.

Quick reminder from ONE where UK taxpayers' money goes - and why cutting aid to increase defence spending won't balance the books, it will just cost lives

Andrew Mitchell (@andrewmitchmp) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The government’s decision to cut aid to unprecedentedly low levels is short-sighted and damaging. Increasing defence spending is right, but doing so at the expense of health and security risks to the UK, on the backs of the world’s poorest is, plain and simply, wrong.

We definitely need a stronger military right now. But cutting aid to fund the military is cutting your nose to spite your face. If you don't believe me just ask the guy who ran Britain's army theguardian.com/politics/2025/…

Terribly sad to see Anneliese Dodds resignation. She was passionate and on top of the brief and could have done so much, but has been utterly ambushed by these brutal, Trump-style aid cuts from Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves. What an awful week. #stopthecuts #cutsthatkill

I am sad to see Anneliese Dodds resign - we agree with much of what she has stated in her letter. She was an excellent advocate for women and girls and was dedicated to rebuilding the UK’s reputation on development.

olly buston (@ollybuston) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Very sad to see this. Anneliese Dodds was a great minister and clearly one with great integrity. She understandably didn’t want to oversee cuts that ONE UK calculate will cost 600,000 lives one.org/press/campaign…

Recently we spoke to the lovely people at Future Advocacy about some of our top tips for running a social media account. And we didn't even mention the balls. Find it on the link below or at: futureadvocacy.com/training/#mast…

This is the second of our training sessions on using AI for advocacy. The first one in London was a big success. This one is in Brussels. We include a focus on the ethics of all this. Why not join us? 🤖

Foreign Aid is not charity. We must make sure it is well spent, but it is less than 1% of budget & critical to our national security.
