📝 ENGLISH REVISION 📝 Yesterday we had great attendance at our English support session, it is amazing to see so many students being enthusiastic about revising for their GCSE’s! 😃⭐️

✈️ BAE SYSTEMS ✈️ On Friday, 15th November, a group of our Year 11 students had the fantastic opportunity to visit BAE Systems. They enjoyed an insightful tour and explored potential career pathways and apprenticeship opportunities.

The final day of term is Friday 20th December 2024. School will close at 12pm. Buses will collect students at 12pm. School will re-open on Monday 6th January 2025 at 8am. 🎄✨

We are delighted to share the Poppy, a former pupil of Our Lady Queen of Peace, has fully enjoyed her placement on the maternity ward at Ormskirk Hospital and will be progressing to study Adult Nursing at Liverpool John Moores University in September 🥰

Year 10s participating in ‘Future Zoo’ a project designed to support young people interested in a career working with animals. Students visited a range of university and college settings to learn about veterinary science and even got a behind the scenes at Blackpool Zoo!

📣 ENGLISH 📣 We are incredibly proud of Nathan and Lacey who represented the school at the Archdiocese of Liverpool’s Public Speaking Event at St John Rigby College. It took great bravery to deliver their passionate speeches in front of the judges and pupils from other schools.
