Let me go as far as to say this: start practicing how to articulate yourself long before the hard conversations come. Don’t wait until emotions are high and your words are tight in your chest. Begin now. Use the smaller, quieter moments.

To move anything forward, your force has to be greater than its inertia. Call it grit, ambition, delusion, whatever. Your will has to dominate the reality that naturally opposes it.
