No son ni caseros particulares ni pequeños propietarios. El mercado de alquiler está dominado por caseros multiarrendadores (alquilan 2 o más viviendas). Afirmar que “el 90 % son particulares” distorsiona la realidad y contribuye a infrarrepresentar a los multiarrendadores.
