Our analysis of 1000 Wolbachia genomes with Segata Lab Matthias Scholz Fondazione Edmund Mach is out. We found no support for synchronous divergence between Wolbachia and host mitochondria. Drosophila-Wolbachia dynamics seems to be the exception rather than the norm. nature.com/articles/s4146…
